At Nice Things By Helena, we want you to love your home treasures as much as we do. If a piece doesn't quite fit your space, we offer a 30-day return policy for all items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective wrap and box to ensure they arrive safely back at our studio.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
